Oh hi, it’s me! There’s over 300 of you now and there’s no better time to somewhat pivot and almost rebrand than now. Something I have been thinking about, for a while!

If you’ve been here for Sushi Bites, you know the vibe: bite-sized insights, raw honesty, and a little chaos in the mix. But ideas rarely ever live in one dimension, and neither do people.

That’s why I’m excited to share the evolution of my newsletter: Sushi Box — a curated, multidimensional space.

Why Sushi Box?

Simply put, because I want to showcase more than one dimension to my thoughts and writing. Much like the Japanese Bento, this contains sections of different items and domains from my life. It’s where I put all my obsessions together — design, relationships, culture, internet, systems, behavior, and the weird in-between stuff you didn’t know you needed, all into a Bento Box.

What’s New?

Three sections encompassing the range, all on one page. We have Pixels And Beyond for all things design and strategy. And then there’s Feeling, Actually for all my personal essays and reflective memoirs on all things human behaviours and relationships. To tie it all up, we have Collision Point, which houses all things culture, internet and everything that exists at the intersection of the above and sometimes in the margins outside of them.

So far, my essays fit snugly into the last two sections. But the first deep dive into product design and strategy is just around the corner.
